今年自6月份起，公司即开始供应防暑降温凉茶及绿豆汤供员工饮用。7月17日，公司另外精心组织开展了“炎炎夏日·丝丝关爱”送清凉活动，为奋战在一线的职工们送去了丝丝凉意和诚挚关怀。

公司各级领导高度重视职工防暑降温工作，多次深入现场要求各部门主管落实好现场职工作业环境改善工作，关注职工健康安全。公司局部车间于几年前已安装了中央空调，同时要求生产现场配备防暑降温药品，增加排气扇加强空气流动，降低室内温度，同时叮嘱职工要注意劳逸结合，保证睡眠，做好自我防护。

夏日送清凉，关爱暖人心！“送清凉”系列举措不仅为职工们送去了清凉和关怀，也极大地鼓舞了职工们的士气，激发了大家的工作热情。公司将继续努力提升职工的获得感和归属感，与广大职工共同创造更加美好的明天！

Leaders at all levels of the company attach great importance to heatstroke prevention and cooling for employees, and have repeatedly visited the site to request department heads to implement on-site work environment improvement measures and pay attention to employee health and safety.
